CRS

Our Centralized Reservation Service allows associations to provide a way for guests to search for availability online, across the association’s member properties. It is fully integrated with the BnB Manager Property Management System (PMS), and property owners have full control of their online presence.

Below is a short list of features in the CRS:

Membership Levels	Listing Only vs. Availability-Search enabled Specify what elements appear in property lists and searches (link to property’s website, etc.)
Lodging Types	Examples: Bed and Breakfast, Cottage, Hostel, etc. (customizable)
Third-party Facilitation	Allows third-party (eg. central 1.800 number) to perform availability searches for guests, and get a commission for doing so Association specifies which properties opted in to the arrangement
Groups	Specify subsets of member properties, and allow availability searches for that subset Allows for a property manager to manage multiple properties
Communication	Use the CRS to send emails to all members Surveys: Allows for the association to have property owners fill in a survey and get anonymous responses
User Administration	Reset passwords for property owners Disable access for individual properties
Search Criteria	Price Range – allow guests to search for properties based on the rental price Customizable list of amenities (choose from approx. 100 different amenities) Central location – define a location that most guests relate to when visiting your area, and allow guests to search for and display properties based on their proximity to that location Venues – define local venues and their locations, so that prospective guests can search for properties near those venues
Reporting	Searches – how many searches performed, using what amenities, price ranges, etc. Clicks – how many clicks to property owners’ websites Visibility – how many times properties were displayed Bookings – summarized information on how many room nights were booked through the CRS
Community	Partners – allow partners to put the CRS on their own websites Local Businesses – create Enhancers that members can opt in to, to display on the CRS (eg. wine tours, etc.)
